Ditch the Straps

Quick, Easy, Secure, Safe Hauling of your Harley

Biker Bar install for those considering a strap free way to haul your Harley. Made especially for HD's, wish they had been available when we originally built our CTC, doubt we would have the E-Track on the floor.
We are setup for 3 bikes in our CTC.

3 Bike Setup

When we have only 2 bikes, they are staggered so we can still walk between them.

This can be a simple 1 man/woman install

First thing, these are toe busters when not in use, recommend Installing brackets on the wall up high so they are out of the way when not in use.

When Not in Use

3/8" elevator bolts are used to secure the plates under the trailer.

Installed and Uninstalled View

Run 1 bolt for each plate through the steel cross members under the trailer.

Bolt Through Steel Crossmembers

You can drill the holes for the plate bolt from above once you have the holes to bolt down that biker bar assembly, just turn them over and place on floor, with the 5/8 bolt through the hole, square them up and drill the holes for the hold down plates.

Best advice is use a cordless impact wrench to bolt the assembly down and remove when not in use, makes it quick and easy.
Recommend button head bolts to thread in the holes in the floor when not in use.
